Christmas Cookies~~ YES PLEASE!!!

Decorated Christmas Cookies

I went online to find some inspiration and ran across the cutest cookies. So I made some! I think they turned out pretty fantastic! I got my inspiration from The Decorated Cookie! She made "Mr. Melty" in 2009! He has journeyed through so many homes over the years. I just love him!

I received an order for several baskets. I decided to venture out and just create my own designs on the cookies I already had cutters for. Used several decorating techniques that I learned from Karen's Cookies.net. 

This particular one was supposed to be only Winter themed. I took pictures from the internet and sketched them all on my cookies. I went with a blue color scheme. 

For the last basket I used some non traditional cookies. I used stained glass cookies for the Christmas Tree and a heart for the Santa face.

Got a last minute order for a 8 cookie bouquet for a Teacher. I decided to personalize the Stocking with the teacher's name. She LOVED it. I am glad I can make beautiful pieces of edible art. Just about anyone can enjoy a sugar cookie!
